El área pertenece al ferrocarril Mitre otorgada en concesión a la empresa Cargo. Estos containers fueron depositados en ese lugar luego de que fueran parte de un accidente ferroviario en 2005. Pueden ser vistos desde los transportes públicos ferroviarios que por allí transitan diariamente.

La intención del proyecto fue trabajar en un área ubicada entre dos lugares socio-culturales totalmente opuestos de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires: Av. del Libertador; Barrio de Retiro, donde vive la clase social más pudientes. Frente a ésta se encuentra la Villa 31 y 31bis en la que viven alrededor de 40.000 personas en situación de emergencia. De este modo el arte se manifiesta hacia ambos lugares, reflexionando visualmente sobre una pregunta, a mi entender, de vital importancia: Desde donde y de cara a qué y quienes se produce arte?

The area belongs to the Mitre Railway licensed to Cargo company. These containers were placed in that area after they took part in a railway accident in 2005. They can be seen from the public railway transport which daily pass there. 

The intention of the project was work at an area that is between two places socio-cultural totally opposites in the Buenos Aires City: Av. del Libertador; Retiro neighborhood, where live the social class more wealthy of the City. In front off is the Villa 31 and 31bis where live around of 40.000 persons in emergency situation. In this way, it manifests art toward both places, visually reflecting about a question, I believe, vital: From where and to whom is art produced?
